I'm not gluten-free, but I make my own "Bisquick". I'll pass along the recipe in hopes you have a gluten-free "flour" to substitute.2 c flour2 Tablespoons baking powder2 Tablespoons sugar1 teaspoon saltI think Bisquick has some sort of shortening in it, but I don't store it that way, I add it later.For pancakes, add 1/4 c oil, 2 eggs, and buttermilk. It makes the softest, fluffiest pancakes!Hope you're able to use this recipe.
