Wednesday Weigh In - Moo Juice

Coming from Wisconsin (THE one and only dairy state) I've always been fond of milk.  Like the athletes in this story, I've found milk to be the perfect post-workout drink.  I'm no Olympian, but after pushing the lawnmower in the summer heat, milk brings me back to life.  Michael Phelps swears by it, and new research looks promising.
