Halloween is just 10 days away; this UFO needs a border and a finish STAT!

My first on point project.  It won't be for sale -  it'll be made by Chris for Chris.

I'm about to make a set of placemats for a young lady who will be moving out of the school dormitories to her very first apartment.  Can't wait to get started! :)
